Authentic flavours of Bolognese cuisine
The jewel in the crown of our restaurant's menu is undoubtedly represented by traditional dishes from the Emilian region, ranging from incredible homemade pasta dishes to the classical 'bolliti misti' (boiled meats).
Among our many specialities, we recommend the 'not-to-be-missed' Culatello di Zibello; our house-starter which includes all the specialities from the Emilian region; tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce; tortellini in broth; lamb pluck; the fabulous costata alla brace (barbecue chops); squaquerone cheese and much more.
All our regional specialities are made with locally-sourced organic foods and can be accompanied by a wide selection of regional and national wines.
Excellent fresh fish dishes
Our restaurant does not only offer home-made local cuisine. Our chefs have not forgotten about the excellent fish from the Emilia and Italian coasts, making delicious seafood dishes.
In our menu you can find, for example, the delicious 'mezze maniche all'astice (lobster), spaghetti with large clams, green tagliatelle with cream of leeks and scallop ragù, and other fantastic shellfish-based mixed grills, salted sea bass, mixed fried grill, baked turbot and grilled tuna steak.
In addition to our meat and fish specialities, we also offer a gluten-free menu, so as to meet all our customers' needs.
