La Fabbreria was established in the 1970sin an old farmhouse that formally housed blacksmiths, carpenters and farriers in the Bologna countryside. During the first years of activity, it was already very clear that this restaurant, specialising in meat dishes and regional specialities, was destined to enter Bolognese restaurant history and beyond.
Our refined tavern is located on the outskirts of the city in the Fiera and Fico district, a few minutes away from the centre and close to the motorways and the ring road.
