Nestled in the countryside, our traditional trattoria knows how to delight its guests with the unique flavours of homemade cuisine from Bologna and the Emilia Romagna region. The restaurant menu offers different types of homemade pasta in many traditional recipes, and excellent appetisers such as culatello di Zibello. There are also several fish specialities and a gluten-free menu. It is our tradition to serve the pasta dishes in guéridon-style, directly in the pan at the table, and end the meal with a splendid dessert trolley.
